Refund and Return

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Return Process

Domestic Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
  2. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the return authorization number inside the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Returns

Please follow the same steps as for domestic returns. Note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note the following:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team at [[email protected]] with your order number and details of the defect or damage. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Sale and Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of our approval notification, please check the following:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
